The service is extremely slow. I spent 1 hour and 45 mins here while only ordering a simple pasta for one person. However, they did give me a complimentary glass of wine and a discount to compensate (without me complaining or asking)!

We got a cheap chewy fish in batter with rice and ketchup. Not only was it bad to look at, it also tasted terrible. We didn't eat this dish. We were only told that it was our problem and for the price we didn't get anything and shouldn't complain - according to the kitchen. We didn't expect such a cheeky answer. We had to pay full price and leave. In this case, we could have been offered at least a glass of water or a small dessert. Instead, we were given the feeling that we are not welcome here for a business lunch for €14 or €19. And!!!! We always spend 1.5-2 hours there because the service is so slow, although you should be able to have lunch in 1 hour...

Als erster fällt die unfreundliche Bedienung an, vor allem von 2 älteren Damen, die uns jedes mal respektlos behandelt haben, mit uns gestritten haben und vor allem haben diese Damen uns oft ignoriert, so dass wie sie über einen anderen Kellner rufen mussten.
Das Essen hat leider auch an Qualität und Geschmack verloren. Letzte Woche bestellten wir Menü mit einer Suppe, die schmeckte viel zu viel nach Senf und Essig, so wie eine Marinate fürs Fleisch, die den ganzen Magen brennt. Das haben wir gesagt, die Kellnerin sagte nur sie leite es weiter. Diese Woche bestellten wir dieser Menü, dieses mal war aber das komplette Hauptgericht zerstört. Wir haben einen billigen zähen Fisch im Teigmantel bekommen mit Reis und Ketchup. Das war nicht nur optisch schlecht, sondern auch vom Geschmack ganz schrecklich. Wir haben dieses Gericht nicht gegessen. Dafür wurden wir nur gesagt, dass es unser Priblem sei und für den Preis kriegen wir nichts und sollen uns auch nicht beschweren - so die Küche. So eine freche Antwirt haben wir nicht erwartet. Wir mussten den vollen Preis bezahlen und gehen. In diesem Fall hätte man uns mindestens noch ein Glas Wasser oder einen kleinen Nachtisch anbieten können. Stattdessen wurde uns das Gefühl gegeben, dass wir hier zum Business Lunch für 14€ oder 19€ nicht gerne gesehen werden. Und!!!! Wir verbringen dort immer 1,5-2 h weil der Service so langsam ist, obwohl ein Lunch sollte man in 1h schon schaffen...

Den einen von 5 Sternen gibts für das ganz gute Essen. Hier werde ich trotzdem nie mehr essen, weil die Bedienung (eine ältere Dame) absolut unterirdisch ist.
Es fängt schon damit an, dass man - wie auch anderen Bewertungen zu entnehmen ist- von Anfang an das Gefühl vermittelt bekommt, man sei ein ungebetener Gast. Ich musste die Kellnerin etwa 4 Mal innerhalb etwa 15 Minuten rufen, bis sie endlich zu uns kam, obwohl sie uns gesehen hatte und nichts zu tun hatte, weil es kaum Kundschaft gab. Dasselbe Spiel am Ende mit der Rechnung. Allein so vergeht schon fast eine Stunde, wenn man noch das warten auf das Restgeld einberechnet. Auf das Essen wartet man darüber hinaus natürlich auch noch eine ganze Zeit.
Die ältere Bedienung schnauzt zudem vor den Augen der Kundschaft auch ihre junge Kollegin an, weil diese wohl etwas falsch gemacht hatte. Sowas gehört sich einfach nicht.
Wenn man nachträglich noch ein Getränk bestellt, wird man dann als Kunde ebenfalls angeschnauzt, dass man sich das ja vorher schon überlegen und direkt hätte bestellen können. Ich war wirklich sprachlos. Man wird behandelt wie ein Bittsteller und nicht wie ein zahlender Kunde.
Und am Ende bekommt man trotz 20 Minuten warten auch kein Restgeld, das wird dann einfach stillschweigend einbehalten. Das ist wirklich unter aller Kanone. Ich frage mich, wieso ein solch rennomiertes Hotel wie das Westin Grand es zulässt, dass durch eine einzige Bedienung, die offensichtlich den Beruf verfehlt hat, der Name des Hotels in den Dreck gezogen wird.

Sorry, aber solang diese Dame dort arbeitet, nie wieder...
