My first experience with Brazilian rodizio. Very cool concept! They come around with different meats (10 kinds) and cut them straight at the table. Hint: don't go too heavy on the salad bar - you won't have room for the meat! Even with little salad bar and a small amount of each meat, I didn't have room for dessert (to the surprise of the staff).
