Positive: Excellent location in the heart of Prenzlauerberg. Close to public transportation, great neighborhood for walking around with lots of interesting restaurants. Apt. was spotlessly clean and the host very helpful and affable, pointing out spots of interest in the area, including what turned out to be our favorite Christmas Market. Apt is located in an inner courtyard of a 100+ year old building, so very quiet and secure. Also so convenient to have a washing machine.. Negative: It was all good!.

Positive: The apartment is very well equipped, clean and cozy! There are a little extra’s that make you feel at home. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It’s located in a great neighborhood, restaurants, shops and connection with public transportation are nearby. I will definitely stay again in this apartment!.

Incredible apartment for such a cheap price, everything you need is close and public transport is easily obtaines from here. Stayed for 5 nights, 0 problems. If you're planning a trip to Berlin you have to choose this place over any hotel!

The apartment is big enough to accommodate 6 people, it has washing machine, and dish washer machine. The location is perfect, very close to both, U-bahn and S-Bahn.

Positive: We stayed five days in this cozy apartment. The location is close to public transports. The place were clean and nice.

Positive: Perfect for families : we were comfortable with 3 children and there are games outside in a private area..

We had a very strange experience staying with 'City Room' apartments. First off, we were told one day before arriving that the apartment we had booked was no longer available due to water damage in the
apartment. Fair enough. We were offered another apartment which I had assumed was another City-Room apartment.

I only found out two days into our stay that the apartment we were staying in was not a City-Room apartment, but another company instead called Allamar apartments (allamar-apartments.de). I was surprised and upset that I was not told the truth in the beginning. And the only reason I found out was because I had emailed our contact person at City Room complaining about some things that were dirty and broken in our apartment, only for him to tell me to contact Allamar apartments! How ridiculous. Firstly, City Room was not honest with me from the beginning. And secondly, instead of solving the problem and helping us with the situation, they just transferred the responsibility over to the other company.

I definitely will not be recommending this place to anyone.
