I like vapiano in general. For those who doesn't know vapiano: it's a chain of restaurant where you get card at the entrance and whenever you buy something you scan your card at the end before leaving you give the card back and you get your bill. What I liked the most here is their Pasta. The service is usually slow but in this place was quite fast actually. A bit expensive but also good quality.

I paid for a carbonara pasta, and they gave me this. seriously? This has no flavor of any kind, and pessimistic cooking.

The place is always organized and clean.
They have tasty desserts that I love like Tiramisu, Panna Cotta, and Cheesecake.
On the other hand, I didn't like their Chocolate cake.
They use quality ingredients in their cocktails, so I like them too.
Their pizza is also OK, u0026 unlike other places in Germany, they cut it for you before serving...
Last time I was there I tried their Spelt pasta, u0026 it wasn't so good, as the Spaghetti noodles were stuck to each other (even though I chose not to add cheese to it)...
Sometimes the service can be better (depending on the employee), but mostly it's very good.

I‘ve been there 4 times. The best experience in terms of flavor was with the Risotto - Al Funghi.
At Schlosstrasse there are 2 floors with many confortable sits. It is possible to order from a machine avoiding queues.
Normally at this address, Vappiano is not too crowded and the dishes are faster prepared if compered to Potsdammer Platz for instance.
Mega recommendable!

We came to eat an Italian meal here, the host welcome us with a traditional Arab hello, when we
asked what he said, he said thet this is how they said hallo in that restaurant, we had a small argument about thet, we said thet were in Deutsche and he should tell the traditional hallo, he said something not nice, we will not come back to this restaurant ever, when we want to hear imegrent disrespect Deutsche culture we go to some Arab countries. Just disappointment.

Went there for lunch on a Sunday and it wasn’t too busy. Food was served after 10min. Pizza, pasta and salad - all good and for a reasonable price. Staff was friendly, interior was nice.

Worst Vapiano i’ve ever been to. Tasteless food. Over- enthusiastic waitress started to clean our table while some of us were still eating.
