Great hotel. Good rooms which are comfortable.
We had an issue with our first room. Not the hotels fault, some scumbag customer had smoked in the room, (probably out the window), but the room stank. Even though it had been cleaned you could still smell it.
But the recovery service was brilliant. Gave us the option of a couple of rooms for us to choose from, and we were well happy.
Will definitely be staying again.
If I knew the name of the person who helped us I would mention him.

This hotel is amazing . The decor wow . Staff can't do enough, lovely professional people. Food and drinks are beautiful. The room I stayed in was fantastic. The concierge basically planned my sight seeing day for me and there's a nice 15 min walk to the broken church and both train and bus station . Which go anywhere you want Tthere are a couple of nice restaurants 100 m away from the hotel and also a late night shop. Brilliant ????

The hotel is well located. Public transport is only a few minutes walk away. Almost all the areas outside of your room will be dark. The rooms was comfortable. On booking they write that there is a tea kettle and a coffee maker in the room, but there wasn't any in my room. No glass to drink water from either. Some parts of the hotel are worn out. Some numbers of the rooms, which are glued to the wall are falling off (picture attached). We were there for 5 days and nobody did anything about it.

Nice modern Hotel with good facilities and ideal location for exploring Berlin from. U-bahn station only a few hundred metres away and bikes to hire for exploring.

The pool and sauna is unfortunately under maintenance, but the bar/restaurant is very pleasant. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard and the service is very good.

Stayed here for 4 days while I visited Berlin. Friendly and accommodating staff! The room was clean, with all the amenities required. Very comfortable bed, great shower and impressive TV that had in built speakers (in the bathroom?!) I didn’t eat at the hotel but did order a drink, the bar staff were so kind. Would visit again!

We lived in 14 different hotels in Berlin. And here is my impression about Sana Berlin: Check reviews about other hotels in my profile.

My impressions about the hotel (We lived in 2-bedroom apartment):
1. Staff (5⭐️) Client service in Sana Berlin was the best. All our requests were satisfied.
2. WiFi (5⭐️)
4. Cleanliness (5⭐️)
5. Air conditioning (3⭐️) Central air conditioning system made smoke from other rooms come to our room.
6. Bed comfort (5⭐️)
7. Food (5⭐️)
8. Window view (4⭐️)
9. Bathroom (5⭐️) The big plus of the apartment is a washing machine with a dryer.
10. Toiletries (5⭐️)
11. Sound insulation (5⭐️).
12. Atmosphere (5⭐️)

Superb hotel in the heart of Berlin, modern rooms, well equipped Gym, Sumptous breakfast, proximity to public transport and most important of all, the staff are truly World-Class with their level of hospitality and warmth towards guests, very few hotels from the area could emulate! Highly recommended!
