An elegant and cozy estate to live better your experience in Berlin. Rooms are large and comfortable. The personnel provides support and suggestions for a better visit. The position is near the Ku'damm but at some distance which ensures rest and quiet when is crowded.

An elegant and cozy Beautiful old building in good location in Berlin. Many resturents are at a walking distance. Rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is very courteous and ready to provide support.
The position is near the underground train as well as very near to Bus station.
Comfortable, large bed and high-quality sheets and comforters. Nice bathroom with great water pressure. Fridge with free drinks. Spacious room, beautifully furnished.
Break fast is vey nice.
To enter late night, all details were explained while check in and emergency contact was also provided.

Positive: Comfortable, large bed and high quality sheets and comforters. Beautiful old building in good location. Nice bathroom with great waterpressure. Fridge with free drinks. Spacious room, beautifully furnished. Negative: There was a bit of deferred maintenance with peeling wallpaper and a leaking toilet. The hairdryer and makeup mirror lights did not work. I was surprised that no shampoo was supplied and only 1 large towel pp. The room needed little more cleaning.

Understaffed, nobody at the hotel between 23:00 - 15:00, so no check out possible except just leave the keys and go. Had a terrible experience one night arrived just after 23:00 and had to wait outside more than 2h and call the police to get in the hotel as nobody answers the phone help line. Completely a virtual hotel and definitely not a 4 stars!

Conveniently located and fair priced DORMERO Hotel Berlin Ku'damm offers comfortable beds plus strong WiFi and A/C along a quiet street. Close to nightlife and public transportation getting around is easy, plus the 24/7 gym is great for early risers.

A really nice hotel. The room was fairly large and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

I made my booking to an incorrect date and sent a couple of emails to them asking the possibility of changing the dates, they haven't sent a single reply for a week! Asked Agoda to help me, they tried to contact the hotel but they haven't received any response either. I called the hotel, no-one picked up the phone.
