An old hotel but in a stable condition.
We were a group of 6 and we were able to check in early as we had requested. The front desk staff was very friendly polite and courteous. The check in did not take much time and allocation of rooms was immediate.

The rooms were big enough accordingly. Clean, basic, quiet with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom.

Only thing which was not working properly at that time was the flush in room 402.

Everything else was great.

They also serve breakfast which has a good spread for 11€ per head.

The U station is 350m and the Berlin Tiergarten is 15 min walk.

All in all a great place. ????????????????

The hotel is fine. If you're used to five star places then it's not for you. The room is clean enough and big enough, decent bathroom. The price and location is good too. It was quite noisy though. Both from other guests and the knackered lift that was close to my room. The worst part was the 8am wake up call from the guy that insisted on cleaning my bathroom. Like others say, the staff weren't exactly enthusiastic but it really doesn't matter as you only check in with them. I guess you get what you pay for.

Room was very large and spacious with high ceilings. The bed was very comfy and the shower was good. The only criticisms I have is lack of English channel on the TV and the pillows could have been better. But all in all great value and thoroughly pleased with stay.

An okay hotel that is reasonable priced. It's really close to connections with both U3 and U9. The rooms are adequate and clean. Beds were soft and covers warm. The breakfast was not included in the room, and cost 9 euro pro person, which was heavily overpriced given its content. I would have given the hotel another star if the breakfast was good, but no...

All in all a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel, large rooms, friendly staff. Rich breakfast but if you want croissants wake up early in the morning as they finish quickly. Coffee is ok-ish, no espresso and no cappuccino. But all in all pretty nice experience.

Spacious room that smells musty and of cigarette smoke. The queen bed is two twin beds pushed together. The elevators drop you off between floors, so you still need to carry your luggage up stairs. Breakfast "ends at 11," but you show up at 10, and all the food is gone. The surly kitchen/dining staff, when asked if more food will be brought out, literally asked why. All that was left were a few pieces of cheese, two rolls, and some very unappetizing, pale ham. No thank you.

The WiFi is extremely slow, and the range so limited that most of my colleagues were completely unable to access it from their rooms. Would not recommend this hotel. Also a bizarre experience checking in - woman at the front desk spoke minimal English, and then when our German-speaking bus driver tried to talk to her in German, she kept saying, "You are the bus driver? You are the bus driver?" And seemed quite confused. So...what language DO you speak...?

This Hotel had a very good location but that's all. Staff were not all that friendly. We were there four days and had no wifi connection the whole time, having to rely on pub across the road for this service. Our tv had no signal so we reported this but not rectified. The pillows we were expected to sleep on wouldn't support a childs head let alone an adult. The shower recess was very small and we are not big people so heaven help those who are. I would rate this hotel as low as 3 out of ten.
