Found this hotel on Google not far from the centre of Berlin last minute. Extremely good value for money and we booked a room for 3 people.

It's in a really good location with plenty of eateries and things to do/see nearby. Our room was huge, well looked after and pleasant on the eye. The staff member on duty (not sure his name) was very friendly and helpful.

There is a lift here but it can be temperamental but even so this is a lovely hotel and if we come back to Berlin again, we are definitely staying here.

A cozy, quirky property that we very much enjoyed. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed during a record setting heat wave, and there is no A/C. Housekeeping provided fans to every room, and the double-paned Windows open fully, allowing for good airflow.
The breakfast featured scrambled eggs, tomato and cucumber slices, a variety of meats and cheese and several types of bread and rolls.
Rooms are good sized, while the bathroom was....cozy but fully functional. Everything was very clean.
We stayed in a four person room, and I was very pleased that there were three chairs in the room. Ceilings must have been at least 3m high. Many bars and restaurants in easy walking distance . KaDeWe is less than 200m from the hotel. There is an U-bahn station very close, making it trivial to get anywhere.
Everyone speaks excellent German, and English that is better than mine, as well as a variety of other EU languages.

Excellent location with great service.
Room (bed/TV/bathroom) felt a little cheap, though it was clean and appropriately temperature.
Breakfast is bare

Wonderful small hotel with elegant features everywhere. Good breakfast in lovely eating areas.
Clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Maria and her staff were so helpful to us as we rescheduled because of a train strike. Be prepared for some stairs. We highly recommend this charming hotel.

The stay in SafeStay was really nice. The rooms though really small was very clean. The washroom also was clean but lacked some basic amenities like tooth brush/paste. The biggest advantage of staying here is that it is so close to public transportation with metro 300 metres away and bus just 50 m away.
The breakfast in the hotel was also nice with a spread of breads, cakes, juices and some hot items like scrambled eggs. The hotel staff were also helpful and courteous.
Overall this is a good option to stay in Vienna.

My stay was pretty fuss-free. I arrived a little bit too early but my room was already accessible. The staff was very friendly and the room itself was spacious and well furnished with nice high ceiling a la Berlin-Flair.
The room was clean and it was even the best cost benefit ratio I could find.

It exceeded my expectations all around (I even had a rather big balcony)

Cozy hotel with excellent service.
Generous alacarte breakfast (choose whatever you want) in lieu of buffet for the same flat price (9 euro).
Well-maintained bikes for rent for 10-12 euro full day.
Private parking is great for car travellers.
And the electric shoe cleaning machine near the reception is incredibly useful.
