Stylish design, friendly staff and great location. Also a lot quieter than expected.
The room could use more space to store luggage and a proper desk. There is also no room service which was a big disappointment. And the breakfast options are expensive - much cheaper to hit up a local cafe around the corner.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was cozy and quiet (facing towards the backyard). I would have preferred a proper desk to work at but they did have a bedside table with adjustable height that turned out to be OK. I found the breakfast to be very good (incl. made-to-order eggs on request). Location couldn't be more convenient.

Initial impression of the lobby and manager was laid back, friendly and welcoming.

I was in Room 101, which was all the way in the back of the hotel. It was very quiet. At night, all I could hear were the kitchen sounds from a restaurant below.

The room was very warm, and the cooling system didn't really do anything to offset the summer heat.

The room was modern and the bed was comfortable.

The location is great. It is across the street from a subway station, and there are a lot of restaurants and street food vendors directly adjacent to the hotel. KaDeWe is about 100' away. It is a block with a pleasant amount of street life.

Enjoyed my stay for a few nights. The standard room with queen bed and wardrobe was perfect for one. I imagine it would be quite cozy for two, though.

The AC was very effective at cooling the room. There was a mini fridge stocked with complimentary water, and it was useful for me to store other beverages. Even though I faced the courtyard, the curtains kept the room dark and the windows did a good job at keeping out noise.

The decor definitely left an impression, especially in the bathroom, and I got a good laugh.

I was initially concerned about checking in after midnight, but I felt relief after seeing people arrive after me.

I really appreciated the direct access to U Wittenbergplatz and the bars in Schöenberg. Would happily stay here again!

Excellent rooms. Good breakfast spread. But couldn't get the rooms on time during check in and was asked to leave the luggage and come back later. Not something anyone looks forward after a long trip. Location wise, excellent as the ubahn station is just opposite.

Nice hotel, luxurious breakfast. Friendly staff, Room was nice too, looks new. Good bed, quiet rooms, airco, fast elevators????. Location is perfect, lots of restaurants, bars and public traffic @short distance.

For star prices, but three star service — or rather lack of it.

The hotel looks great from pictures, but rooms are not that luxurious. Strange woman judging you on the bathroom wall might be rather disturbing.

We stayed from Monday to Monday and there were 0 days without some problems with the service. Apparently they don't have enough cleaning staff and the reception staff are not up to their tasks.

Understandably hospitality business has suffered unfairly from Covid, but if they don't have enough qualified staff they should be open and forthcoming about the issue — not sell four star experience that they're unable to provide.

Seems like Accor has decided to make the customers pay for their problems and don't even apologize for it.
