Every staff member I spoke to in this hotel was amazing and really friendly. You feel like a true queen. Check in was super quick and the room was more amazing than I thought. Everything was clean and I loved the design of the room and the lobby. The receptionists were really helpful, fulfilling every wish. I can only recommend this place and can’t wait to come back soon!

Best Hotel to stay in Berlin!

This hotel is close to many cafes and restaurants of all types.
The Hotel’s breakfast is delicious and filled with healthy option. The staff at the breakfast was incredibly helpful and kind! Overall, the service at breakfast was phenomenal!

I definitely recommend anyone looking to travel to Berlin to come and stay at the Quentin XL hotel!

Very good hotel.Everything was great. They changed my room because my boy was scared of the poster and really good service.I don’t know why the ratings were so low, but I would definitely recommend it. Bed is so comfortable. Breakfast is so delicious. We will go back again.

The Breakfast team are the nicest and sweetest people in this fine establishment. They went out of their way to pay attention to what I was drinking (multivitamin juice) and came to refill it as I finished the glass. Also one of the employees was super kind and notified my family and I that they would be soon picking up the breakfast food incase we wanted to eat or drink anything else.

Rooms are Fancy and Comfy

Nice hotel in a good location, rooms were clean and tidy. Everything looks polishes and shining. One big minus is early check-in price, it will cost you extra 10€ per hour. We arrived at 8, and check-in is at 15, so we had to pay 80€ more, however the manager was really friendly and made a discount, also he upgraded the room for in total 50€.

Pros: Good location, English-speaking staff

Cons: Paying for a 4-star hotel, and you get the experience of the hostel with a private bathroom. The rooms are warm, humid, smelly, and dirty. The air conditioning was not working in my first room, and I was offered to change my room up, which was good. The first room was on the ground floor, and opening the window was not an option, even with 30 degrees inside. The second room had even more problems the front door was not locking, the shower was flooding during showering, and the ventilation was extremely loud even after you switched off the light in the bathroom. The only solution for them was to change the room again, to which I refuse, had not time for this due to several schedule meetings. For this experience, I paid 170 euros per night for 5 days. The personnel did not apologize for the inconvenience or offer me a minor compensation such as tea or coffee while waiting.

We came for the first time in Berlin at the 15th of April and have stayed till the 19th. From the first moment we arrived at the hotel we got welcomed like kings, the rooms are amazing and for any exceptional services they’ve been 100% at our service. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us and if you run into Oscar from the front desk you can be sure you’re in good hands.
