I couldn't sleep all night because it was too loud
The room is not clean, the TV doesn't work, there is only 1 socket, not really recommended
because this hotel is quite expensive but not comfortable and very noisy ????????

Our friend had about 400e stolen from our hotel room. Either the cleaning staff took them or someone broke in to our room, both unacceptable scenarios. The whole hotel looked like it had seen its Glory days when the Berlin Wall was still standing. Bathroom floor had deep stains on it and the shower was one of the worst ones I've seen.

❌ DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE STOLEN ❌ -Someone entered our room and stole a Nintendo Switch, and we had to file a complaint
-The reception staff barely knows how to speak English (in the capital of Germany !!!). In addition, they ignore our problem
-The pillow was the worst I tried in my life
-The shower head made the water come out so thin and strong, so it hurt. In addition, the bar to support it was loose and fell
-The comforter was very thin and did not heat
-The heating did not work in the room and it was very cold
I wish we had spent a little more money and gone to another hotel. It's not the first or last time they steal here. Disastrous

Dont say here!!! The worst hotel expirience in my life!!
The recepcionist treated my husband very bad asking lot of questions as if he were shown fake documents.
Them, the room were not the same as pictures, rooms dont have air conditioner, had such as bad odors, like humidity and pillows and bed didnt smell very well.
We decided, to move to other hotel despite we lost our money. It was impossible to us sleep in that place,

The hotel is located between 2 table dance clubs. Badly maintained and old furniture/room, old towels, lack of confort as general. Staff is not too helpful, or nice. Eldery guy touching himself in the "lobby" and nobody does anything about it....The only positive thing about this hotel is that M85 bus communicates very well with the airport. Even if Ryanair offers you credit for staying here..do not accept it, it is not worth.

Robbery.
A robber picked the lock into our room in the afternoon. Luckily we were in the room at the time and the robber left us alone. We alerted management, and they caught the robber breaking into another room.
Not sure how many rooms got broken into as we were on a middle floor, half way along a corridor.
The robber ended up getting away... and the management team mentioned they had caught him robbing the rooms before!

It seems like a pretty easy place for someone to rob all the rooms... so I wouldn't recommend until this is resolved.
