Nice spot located in city center but on the quite street. Can get busy in the evening, so better to reserve.

Best kept secret in such a business u0026 touristic area. 2 female chefs create an uncomplicated and delicious menu. Charming, authentic and uncomplicated place. Service is both quick and efficient. Prices ok too. We will go back for sure.

Cosy restaurant with a rural atmosphere and delicious cousine. Ordered the platte for two and it was excellent in taste and amount. Fair prices, great wine selection, and the perfect place for a late dinner.
Quite popular and busy most evenings from about 19.00, so ensure to call in advance for reservation.

Business hours aren't updated, went there on a regular work day, at around 20 o'clock, the place was utterly closed. Funnily enough the sign outside says it should have been open. Nothing on the website was says otherwise.

Stumble upon this gem and fall in love immediately ❤️ Friendly and great service, amazing food, reasonably priced and beautiful ambience! One of the best meals during our time in Berlin, definitely worth several visits :)

A lovely small cafe:restaurant and wine bar. Only small and a little rustic. Service is casual and friendly. The meal revolves around some tasty small dishes such as prunes wrapped in bacon (very yum) and filo pasty stuffed with goats cheese (delicious) with a beetroot side. We also had the sour cream and chorizo pizza on a lovely thin and crusty base. A

Honestly, I felt this place was a little expensive considering the limitation of what you got on your plate/in your glass. On one hand I understand as it was delicious and classy - however, that made it feel closer to fine dining rather than a cafe. And additionally, because of that limitation, if there was anything you didn't like about your dish, you wouldn't have a way to, say, "cope"?
For example, if you prefer Camembert with more fruit or cranberry, you're in trouble. Or if you don't like the darker bread but prefer it with the lighter bread, you don't have that option. If you don't like the type of cheese on the Flammkuchen, then you're losing the main source (about 80-90%) of flavor to that dish.
As for the location, it's the diamond in the rough. ????
