This is the first clinic in Germany that I’ve gone to in 3 years where I’ve felt listened to, understood, and cared for. The doctors take the time to talk to you, and explain what’s going on as well as your options. They have always been extremely friendly with me.

I visited them to consult a gastroenterologist. This clinic is well organized and have educate and trained staff.

They only accept self paying or privately insured patients, probably that’s the one reason of poor reviews.

Later, my wife also consulted a skin specialist in the same facility and she also pretty satisfied

Unfortunately the MRT is on the 6th floor. For people with real claustrophobia, only the stairwell remains, since the elevator is also really narrow.
Once at the top it is bright and clean. However, it is also a bit confusing with regard to the registration. Unfortunately, there are no magazines in the waiting room to distract yourself.

What I also missed was the timing and procedure over the headphones for the actual MRI. You have a better overview, especially when it comes to the time itself. 15 minutes is hard to estimate when you're scared.

Ultimately, these are just small things. The team, the doctors and the general process are fantastic and that's all that matters!

I didn't have to wait long, neither before nor after, and afterwards even the doctor gave a brief bit of information about the diagnosis. Class! So you already have a rough overview. Thanks for that.

All in all, an absolute recommendation on my part.

Für Menschen mit Platzangst ist das MRT weitaus besser als anderswo. Die Röhre ist bedeutend kürzer was sich schon positiv auf die Psyche auswirkt.
Das Personal war absolut emphatisch, freundlich und ist souverän auf meine Angst eingegangen.

Telefonisch war es mir nicht möglich durch zukommen. Jedoch wurde auf meine Email, prompt reagiert. Ich wurde zurück gerufen und habe kurzfristig einen Termin erhalten. Super!

Leider befindet sich das MRT im 6. Stock. Für Menschen mit wirklicher Platzangst, bleibt dann nur das Treppenhaus, da der Fahrstuhl auch echt eng ist.
Oben angekommen ist es hell und sauber. Jedoch auch etwas unübersichtlich auch bezüglich der Anmeldung. Im Wartezimmer fehlen leider Zeitschriften um sich abzulenken.

Was mir auch etwas gefehlt hat, waren Zeitangaben und Ablauf über den Kopfhörer beim eigentlichen MRT. Da hat man einen besseren Überblick, vor allem was die Zeit an sich betrifft. 15 Minuten sind schwer abzuschätzen wenn man Angst hat.

Letztlich sind das aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Das Team, die Ärzte und der allgemeine Ablauf sind fantastisch und nur darauf kommt es doch an!

Warten musste ich nicht lange, Weder davor noch danach und im Anschluss hat sogar der Doktor noch eine kurze Info zur Diagnose gestellt. Klasse! So hat man schon im groben einen Überblick. Danke dafür.

Alles in allem, absolute Empfehlung meinerseits.
Sollte ich wieder mal ein MRT benötigen, werde ich wieder zu Euch kommen.

Habe eine E-Mail bzgl. eines Termins geschrieben und wurde zwei Tage später zurückgerufen. Mir wurde ein Termin 3 Tage später angeboten, den ich leider nicht wahrnehmen konnte; habe dann aber einen in zwei Wochen bekommen.
Ich war pünktlich zu meinem Termin und musste auch nur 10 Minuten warten. Ich hatte eine Knie-MRT und musste daher nur mit dem Unterkörper bis zum Bauchnabel in das MRT. Ich habe sehr starke Klaustrophobie aber das Gerät ist sehr kurz und selbst bei einem MRT des Oberkörpers denke ich, dass es für Patienten mit Klaustrophobie geeignet ist, da wenigstens der Unterkörper ab Bauchnabel draußen bleibt.

Die Telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist aber - aus welchen Gründen auch immer - seit über 2 Jahren nicht mehr gegeben. Selbst nach langer Zeit in der Warteschleife geht niemand ran. Von einer Privatpraxis welche auch mit entsprechendem Faktor abrechnet erwarte ich aber Erreichbarkeit und entsprechenden Service. Das kann und muss wieder besser werden.
