We love Nespresso,the quality,the beautiful shops,the friendly atmosphere,the team professionality and that's why we are very happy customers since the beginning.......but not in this shop,here you'll get the impression that you're not welcomed.I know that everybody can have a bad day but honestly that's not my problem.Surely the rest of the team is outstanding but the unfriendly guy who works there should change job and work somewhere else,where I wish him to be very happy.Sad to say but I don't think I'll ever visit this shop again but of course I'll always recommend this company and the Nespresso products. Thanks and stay save and healthy

Expensive but high quality, provided service in KaDeWe store is better than what I experienced in other stores in Rome or Milan.

Small Nespresso store. There were many people but they have enough staff to handle it. So waiting times were short.
