Also die meisten negativen Bewertungen resultieren auf Basis des Preises. Ich kann es nachvollziehen. Hier von mir eine ehrliche Bewertung die eher zutreffend ist.

Positiv zu vermerken:
- die Sauberkeit im Parkhaus. Es gibt keine Urin Stellen/Gerüche.
- liegt direkt am KaDeWe
- indirekter Übergang zum KaDeWe
- Eine Vielzahl an Parkplätzen auf mehreren Ebenen
- Kaum bis keine bekannten Autoeinbrüche
- Ein privater Handwäsche Service vorhanden
- Kassenautomaten sowohl für Bar als auch kontaktlose Zahlungen
- Behindertengerecht
- Kinderwagen freundlich
- Netter Hinweis von Contipark am Eingang wie man zu parken hat. (Sehr lobenswert)

Negativ zu vermerken:
- die Größe der Parkplätze sowohl Breite als auch Länge. Große Limousinen ragen raus. Breite SUVs/Autos machen es anderen Fahrzeugen noch enger. Durch die Größe des Parkhauses wahrscheinlich nur an Weinachten oder Black Friday etc ein Problem.
- Die Preise sind sehr teuer
- Das Parkhaus ist schon einiges älter und könnte Mal saniert werden. Vor allem der Passanten Bereich.

Wenn wir nun die aufgezählten Punkte in Betracht ziehen und und vor Augen halten, dass es sich um ein Parkhaus in der Landeshauptstadt direkt im Tourismus Hotspot am KaDeWe ist. Und wir die Situation mit anderen Hauptstädten Europas vergleichen, dann ist das Parkhaus echt super. In Paris würde man vergebens nach einem Parkhaus wie diesem suchen. Am Eifelturm zahlt man für die gleiche Zeit immer grob das doppelte. Dementsprechend sind 4 sehr gute Sterne ziemlich zutreffend.

So was habe ich noch nie erlebt, es ist ein eiskalter BETRUG und ABZOCKE !!! Habe meine Parkgebühren von 8,40€ am Automaten zahlen wollen und da ich die Summe nicht passend hatte, eine 20euro Schein eingesteckt aber kein Rückgeld bekommen. Daraufhin habe den Service angerufen der Angestellte machte sich lustig darüber, dass hätte ich sehen müssen, das der Automat kein Rückgeld heraus gibt.
