Unfortunately I was very disappointment with the customer service in the restaurant. The food was good. But overpriced, especially wine.

The music was so much loud, we couldn’t hear each other, talking and sitting at the same table. It was impossible to communicate and we asked politely several times to make it not that loud - it was ignored twice, then once for 1 song it was a bit quieter, but immediately after - super loud again.
It is very impolite to ignore your customers and even not making an attempt to hear them.

We were asking for bill twice and waiting quite long to receive it, although is wasn’t a full restaurant.

Food was good and the staff was friendly! But the atmosphere was not! It was more Russian then Georgian! Worst was that the music was not Georgian at all, it was Russian songs all the time which is a disappointment if you are representing Georgia. Also the music was very very loud, to the level where you could not hear your thoughts which made it even worse.

Fascinating experience! It doesn't feel like a west European restaurant. The atmosphere is kitsch and falsely sophisticated. Sometimes they host evening where young pretty ladies sing badly over loud eastern electro music. Meanwhile the food is delicious, tasty and traditional, and accompanied by a large selection of georgian wines (world's best!). Will definitely go back and experience it again

Madloba Lounge is the place that you will never forget. Delicious food, Khinkali, Khachapuri, Mtsvadi! Unforgettable Emotions! The personal is amazing! Recommend to everyone. Must go place in Berlin!

A modern Georgian restaurant, stylishly furnishes, but serving delicious Georgian food. This place has a more modern style than Genazvale, but the food is equally excellent. Delicious Aubergine/Walnut rolls, kachapuri cheese bread, and flavorful lamb dishes, washed down by outstanding Georgian wines from a terra-cotta bottle. Friendly service, the waiter advised us well and helped us choose good dishes. Reasonable prices for the quality of food.

Highly recommended.

The waiters Lana and Giorgi were extreamly nice and smiley, really good service. The restaurant should be proud of having them. There is nothing to changé. Congratulations.
