Property management is absolutely uneducated people! I booked and suddenly they inform me that they think my stay to there basic property is RISKY, calling Risky is just horrible, i am one of the best customer from few platform’s, one of them is Booking.com , I asked why decision was that i was risky for them? No answer… guys… you had issues with bookings and rebookings it’s not my problem… who is managing property or who did this decision, he should make an extra course of PR and then learn calling risky need prove… and another leaving customer out!!! Read! Learn! And then get job… disappointed of ruining my day from there silly decision and then I have to negotiate… report for compensation i have done already and definitely not gonna stop till i will not get! Bye!

Limehome is a chain of corporate managed apartments in many different European cities, and they do a bad job. They don't have support staff in each of their locations to handle any problems. I stayed in one in Austria, or at least I tried to stay in one. Something was wrong with the apartment and there was no way to resolve it, and communication was TERRIBLE (they are operating out of Munich). I had to go out and find another place to stay and fight with them for a refund. NOT RECOMMENDED

Bear in mind when you book that there is no one on-premises, which is fine if nothing goes wrong. In our case, the front door entry keypad panel was broken when we returned to the building at 2 in the morning, leaving us locked out in the middle of the night in a city where we knew no-one. After calling the customer service number three times, each time getting a recorded message (in German) saying that there was no one available to answer my call and to try again later, someone from limehome did call back. They acknowledged that they knew the panel was broken, but that someone was supposed to have left the door ajar ... that was their solution. Eventually this person said she would make some calls and get back to me. Ten minutes later, a sleepy-looking guest of the hotel appeared and let us in - they called another guest at the hotel at 2.30h to let us in!!

One more thing - the housekeeping staff is a little aggressive when it comes to getting into the room, and there are no supplementary locks to keep them out. Both mornings we were there, the housekeeper let herself in without knocking at 9 am while we were still in bed. There are no 'do not disturb' signs either.

other than that - the room is nice, there's a kitchenette, the location is ok.

Great stay! Very clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipment apartment close to the center, we used an electric scooter to get around. Also next to the underground station. Easy to check in

Would have been 5 star if it wasn't for the hotel staff. The hotel was great and so was the location. But the staff was so rude and threatened to call the police on us if we didn't check out with in 10 mins. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME ON HOLIDAY!

the only thing that bothers a lot is the noise from the street. the room was lovely cared for. the TV only shows you Movies in German. it should have TV in other languages also.

The hotel cancelled a reservation of me and 9 of my friends 3 days prior to our arrival because our reservation was identified by an automated system "as a risk". This was after the free cancellation period, the booking was secured by a credit card and we had conversations about the details of the rooms.
The Customer Service didn't help or provide relevant information.
