Property management is absolutely uneducated people! I booked and suddenly they inform me that they think my stay to there basic property is RISKY, calling Risky is just horrible, i am one of the best customer from few platform’s, one of them is Booking.com , I asked why decision was that i was risky for them? No answer… guys… you had issues with bookings and rebookings it’s not my problem… who is managing property or who did this decision, he should make an extra course of PR and then learn calling risky need prove… and another leaving customer out!!! Read! Learn! And then get job… disappointed of ruining my day from there silly decision and then I have to negotiate… report for compensation i have done already and definitely not gonna stop till i will not get! Bye!
