Nice girl at the counter smiled a lot. They tried to charge me additional 23€ for not refilling the car. What i did of course! Had an argument with them per email about it and they stepped back when i presented them my fuel receipt and calculated the cars actual need by that. Always keep receipts and document damages or be prepared to get charged extra!
Greedy business tactics. Never again if possible.

We ordered a van and wasn't given the right model because they'd rented ours out. Apart from that little bummer, everything else was fine.

Bad service, was waiting 45 min to get a car thought I came on the time agreed, charge me for missing tier though I did not have from the beginning, don't recommend!!! run away!!!

The service was ok but they took a long time to pay me my deposit back (like almost 2 weeks).
