Terrible terrible
Very aggressive, not professional they took 0 consideration of my severe case and sensitive need of a doctor. Although they asked me to pay first and this showed their interests but this wasn’t my problem. The staff’s attitude and the Doctor Hanadi’s aggressive attitude before the appointment was unacceptable and I left the clinic

Would not recommend. Really are only interested in money and not really helpful, professional nor do they have a normal attitude towards their patients/customers.

My worst experience was when they sent me to a room and left me in a room for 40+ minutes because they simply forgot about me. And to top it all off then they were rude and accusatory when I tried to let myself out and basically implied I was stupid to have waited in the room, while also rudely implying I'm trying to do something illegal wandering around the hallway looking for the exit.

And that's not all, they told us that we have no chance of having children and both of me and my wife are barely fertile (we've been trying for only around 5-6 months and wanted to have ourselves checked out). They then made a lot of pressure to get us to go in vitro and pay some 5000 Euros per try and told us the clock is ticking very fast for us.

We got pregnant naturally not a month later, that was some 3 years ago. Just to confirm it was no coincidence, we decided to have a second child after that and succeeded on the first try, again naturally, and now we also have a baby daughter.

This clinic is useless, rude, dishonest and seem to only care about money.
I recommend avoiding it, there must be better ones out there and just by random chance you should be able to find much better.

I came over from the States (I am half-German myself); this clinic was recommended to me. Mrs. Mutz is an extremely kind-hearted doctor and as difiiculties having children is a very personal issue it was very important to me and my husband to feel welcome and comfortable. After several tries with different doctors across the states I am super happy to say that I am finally pregnant with my first child! I couldn't be happier and this is all thanks to the wonderful team of the fertility clinic. Give it a try, it's definitely worth it!

the doctors are absolute angels and offer a broad range of treatment options. Also, there is absolutely no language barrier whatsoever! English, Arabic and German are spoken FLUENTLY which made me and my husband feel extremely comfortable. Would recommend!

We were patients with Dr. Anja Mutz from Jan-July 2017, we did ICSI with her and it worked on the first try!! Dr. Mutz is the best, she's very competent, compassionate, very understanding and speaks very GOOD English!! I would definitely recommend her to any couple who's trying to conceive. She made our dream of having a baby come true, thank you so much Dr. Mutz!!!

Hola! I came over from Spain over a recommendation from my friend. I got pregnant within a month and I'm eternally grateful to have had my therapy with the lovely team in Berlin. That's all there is to say!
