Nice seating and decorations. Coffee and food is OK. Nothing special or great. Peanut butter cookie didn't really taste peanut. Flat white was ok.

Tried house coffee and it is tasty for me. Variety of coffee and snacks. Cozy place with newspapers and magazines. English section include WIRED. Friendly Staff and easy to reach location.

The coffee taste is nothing relatable. They don't have ice americano. You have to order cold brew for 4.3. It is very expensive.

Unfriendly, slow and obviously very understaffed, but also very little understanding of how to handle peak times (even when understaffed). You don’t fill the dishwasher like you’ve got all the time in the world when there’s a line of over 20 people, waiting to pay. The place was a mess. Not coming again.

Ice latte that we just ordered tasted like pure gum, yes, I mean gum. Probably because of poor ice quality the coffee was literally not drinkable and believe me, I am not a picky person.
Do not recommend this place.

Here at the Potsdamer Platz in the heart of Berlin City located on the opposite of the Sony Center and close to the Brandenburg Gate – and by the way only some steps away from the famous Holocaust Memorial Berlin (Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe) – is Café Caras Gourmet where you can enjoy the bustling city life and soak up the sun through the huge glass front this café provides. The seating is comfy and the staff is friendly and there is self-service by the way as sell as free WiFi. You can also sit in the patio of this café in the Potsdamer Platz, if it is warm enough for you. But even now in winter time there are tables and chairs set up in the patio, but only for the daredevils or in other words for the hotties. The pricing is reasonable and the menu offers also sandwiches and salads and some other snacks such as tarts and muffins and the like, besides the delicious coffee and pastry. My Cortado, a double espresso with milk foam together with a Rosinenschnecke, a fluffy pastry with raisins and a little bit of sweet cheese made a perfect combination. All this makes this café a perfect spot to explore Berlin City.
