Amazing hostel in Berlin. Cheap and quiet, lovely people. The location is nice if you like the green woods and the tranquility of suburban areas. Getting into the city is not so much of a hassle and it feels really nice to walk in the woods. Lovely place, I would go again.

This is be of the coolest hostels I've ever stayed at. The staff is amazing and the rooms comfortable. There's a giant tv in the common room, along with computers, board games, and gaming consoles. The best part? You have to literally walk through the woods to get there. It's a short walk, but it's a wonderful way to start and end a day exploring around Berlin. I will definitely stay again the next time I'm in Berlin!

I stayed here several times and this forrest wonderland is one of my favorite places. I am always happy if I can stay here when visiting Berlin. The owners are very friendly but not overwhelming. It's important to read the instructions on how to get there, confirm your arrival time and don't mind a bit of walking. The forrest might not seem like your regular suburb but this is one of the safest places in Berlin. I hope you'll enjoy your stay just as much as I did. Safe travels!

We had a reservation for the weekend, arrived at Friday evening and from the outside the house looked like a horror movie setting. Broken furniture scattered around, a growling dog sitting at the front door, most windows completely dark or even covered. Inside only to guys hanging around, said they hadn't seen anyone from the staff the whole day.
We simply turned around and left that place. I do not recommend it, at least not any other time than summer and only if you don't mind no privacy for showering, broken furniture and lacking safety.
I'm a seasoned traveller and I stayed at dozens of Hostels all over Europe, but this one was not acceptable even for lowest standards.

This is by the best hostal I have ever been, the price-quality is 11 out 10, in the middle of a relaxing forrest, close to transport, breakfast included. YOU HAVE TO MEET PEPINO (almost all the time inside the house) the dog of this wonderful family who attends the place,

Cheap, quiet, friendly staff, great coffee and decent breakfast included. Can also buy beer and soda for 1 euro in their fridge. From city life to complete nature in a few minutes.
