Excellent Ibis experience, as per usual. Room was spacious and cozy, plenty of charging points, TV had plenty of local channels and a few international ones as well and the bed was just right. Aside from a faulty bulb on the desk no issues here. Free wifi was very good.
Breakfast had plenty to choose from, the waffle maker was a nice choice (would appreciate some more topping options, like whipped cream for example) as was the honey sourced from beehives next to the cafeteria. Coffee was okay. 24/7 gas station next to the hotel with snacks and pastries available too.
Staff were a bit aloof but were otherwise always willing to help and respond to inquiries.
Will be staying here again on my next trip to Berlin.

Actually really nice considering it's a 2-star hotel. The room was clean, the bed was nice and comfy, and there was a nice view. The breakfast was definetely the highlight - didn't have high expectations, but it was so good - really good coffee!

The location is okay, Alexanderplatz is 5 mins by tram and there’s a station so near from the hotel.
The room included a private bathroom and all was clean and good. The hotel looks new and not outdated. However the twin room was a bit small.
Good recommendation for a two night stay.

People working at the reception are by far the most rude staff i have ever had to deal with. Every time we talked to them they had an attitude as if we were bothering them and some times they ignored us. We were talking to them and they were not even looking at us but staring at their screens all the time. Definitely a hotel to avoid next time we will visit Berlin.

Right at the center of Berlin. Great public transport access with M2 trams to Alexanderplatz from where you can get to any location in the city (by buses, subway, trams, S-Bahn etc.)
Very kind staff and very tasty breakfasts with a lot of choice. There's also a mini-bar on the 0 floor. Rooms are clean and very nice maintained.
In my opinion 2 stars are too low.

It was good overall..... but the housekeeping kept banging my door made me real tired and upset, ruining my day in the end. Must I really put 'do not disturb' in 8 in the morning? i am willing to revisit though, but with that do not disturb tag hanging on the door whenever im in my room.

It was a good experience overall.

However, as I was there for the first time, entry was not smooth because hotel parking direction was not clearly advised. I had to park my car in an odd position and ask the reception about the direction of the parking lot, which is in the opposite side of the building with respect to the reception.
