The room is great as far as a comfy bed and all the necessary things to make a stay comfortable.
However, the proximity to PrenzlauerAllee, the major road in front of the property is very loud.
I'm pretty certain that it's louder at a higher floor due to the sound reverberating off the surrounding buildings.
In the summer when you must have the windows open (No air conditioning (AC)) the road noise can be a bit much even late into the night.
With regards to accessibility the location is great, that same tram stops within 100m and runs to Alexanderplatz where you can quickly and easily get to and from Berlin Haptbahnhof.
If it's cooler out, it's a good spot. If it's warmer and you'll have the windows open, I'd recommend searching for a hotel on a quieter street.
