The room is great as far as a comfy bed and all the necessary things to make a stay comfortable.

However, the proximity to PrenzlauerAllee, the major road in front of the property is very loud.

I'm pretty certain that it's louder at a higher floor due to the sound reverberating off the surrounding buildings.

In the summer when you must have the windows open (No air conditioning (AC)) the road noise can be a bit much even late into the night.

With regards to accessibility the location is great, that same tram stops within 100m and runs to Alexanderplatz where you can quickly and easily get to and from Berlin Haptbahnhof.

If it's cooler out, it's a good spot. If it's warmer and you'll have the windows open, I'd recommend searching for a hotel on a quieter street.

Room is ok, bathroom feels a little cheap. The bed pillows and sheets also feel very cheap and are not really breathable (just checked - 100% polyester!). No AC in the room and it’s crazy hot with the heat wave atm, the Main Street outside sounds like a highway 24/7, so if you stay here make sure you can sleep through it. I wouldn’t book it again…

Waited for an hour outside our “suite” trying to get access using multiple codes provided by limehome. Eventually they just stopped responding to our messages. Had to walk 15 minutes to another hotel to find a room so didn’t even get to see inside the promised oasis within the suite. Given we only have 48 hours in Berlin, this really stinks. Bad!

Very bad experience very noisy. Very very noisy. no room service, even though I asked many times, and the water is not working properly in the room. You get a lot of hot water suddenly

After booking accomodation for a trip, I got an email stating that the price was wrong because of a technical issue and that actually it costed DOUBLE, but hey, they already gave me the final price with a 10% discount. Of course I cancelled the booking. I see that I'm not the only one here.

This way of working and engaging with customers is not the proper way to run business and in the end this will take a toll. So many of their execs preaching about "CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE" in Linkedin, and here we are. WALK THE TALK people.

no cleaning service, huge construction site right there, very loud in the room in the early morning until afternoon, nice spacious rooms, no way a suite, very expensive for what you get.

Really Nice studio. Too much room for one person. A little small but can do for a short period for 4 people. Pictures taken during night time with curtains closed. Nice and clear.
