Great customer service, they explain to you any product you're interested in and they have good prices. They have a lot of variety of products, especially the liquids, so if you like to try new flavors you can take a look here. The interior is well decorated, the shopkeeper is very nice, I'll definitely come back!

Best experience in Berlin. Super friendly staff and they were so happy to answer all my questions. They even explained the correct ratios.

Very good experience. You will go out from here with a nice feeling
The workers are so friendly and they really take the time to explain you all the kind of different liquids the have. Also a lot of good tipps.
The pricing are very good, I has very surprised in the pricing since the location is just in the center of the city.
You can even buy some coffee inside (I didn't take one but I guess is depending on the Covid situation in Berlin)
Looking forward for the next time.

Visited the store on 5th October 2019.

If I had an option for a 6th star; I would give one. The gentleman at the store was excellent and very well informed. He was quite apologetic for not having the number of coils I wanted for my mod; something he didn't need to apologise for at all! All in all an excellent experience. Kudos!
