I had surgery there just a few days ago and they were stellar. The staff had no problem speaking English with me, and the anesthesiologist was very kind and reassuring (she even made the unpleasant brain-poke COVID test a breeze). The nurses were also great, super friendly and eager to help without rushing me. They threw so much food at me I hardly knew what to do with it, and there's even a pillow menu. My room was huge, very clean, sunny and relaxing to stay in. Honestly, it felt more like chilling at a hotel than being in hospital.
I also have to mention that I'm transgender and would 100% recommend this place for folks like me. They said that they get a lot of transgender patients, and it definitely showed in the way they treated me. They were respectful and I didn't have to explain my entire life story to every nurse who saw my body -- it took a load off my mind not to have to manage that stuff while recovering.
