The location is nice and convenient but the rooms were small without any air conditioning system. Also, the staff is not helpful at all, specially the receptionist. Will not recommend it to someone else.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent location close to the city centre and S-bahn station. Fair prices, strongly recommended for tourists.

Excellent hotel. Stayed in Oct 2019. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Location is ideal for Berlin. Staff were friendly and even went the extra mile to prepare me a breakfast box for an early departure. No problems with noise levels. I would definitely book here again.

Spacious rooms in an 80s/90s style (brown, heavy carpet floor). Service is was friendly, but the place urgently needs renovation, not just for the rooms, but also the doors (paper thin and still using actual keys), wifi (I had to stand by the door to get some) and elevators (were in repair when I was there). Its a decent stay, but there are plenty of better places in the vicinity.

I found this delightful Hotel to be easily accessible via public transport. My room was perfect, clean and quiet. The breakfast is outstanding. Everyone was courteous and helpful, but I want to particularly thank your receptionist Camilla Letang This was my first visit to Berlin and she was able to help with all my questions. I enjoyed it so much I returned to the hotel for my very last night in Germany. I highly recommend it!

Loved this hotel great area to nearby night entertainment and links to public transport. Very friendly staff clean room ( a little on small size the standard room) very comfortable bed and pillows. Great selection of foods for breakfast. Would recommend this hotel and would book again for my stay should I return to the vibrant city of Berlin.

This hotel is spectacular. It is clean, well-appointed, and in an ideal location for any exploring you might want to do. The people who work there are nice, super capable, and multi-lingual. I happened to snag a perfectly quiet room with a view of the Fernsehturm, which was outstanding. Couldn't be happier; would return there in a heartbeat.
