Fine place, awesome food but the waiter was no cool. Remember to order the hamburger because the steak are not enough if you are in Hunger. Anyway you must go if you want some meat

Food was terrible, forced to buy bottled water, and was provided incorrect info from the server.

I ordered an Onion Soup which was already bad on its own. To top it off, literally, the cheese they use on it was a single slice of American Cheese. The soup was similar to throwing chopped, caramelized onions into boiling water and using no other ingredients or stock.

My wife ordered a burger and it was nothing special. The fries that came with it were actually good.

When asked for drinks, we clearly asked for non-gas, tap water. In some magical way, they were somehow "out" of tap water and all they had was Medium Gas water. This is the first time across Europe that we actually ordered carbonated water and the surprise 6.80 Euro cost of it was not appreciated.

When we first met the server, we asked if they took credit card, as it was something that is not common in Berlin, and he said yes. When paying for the bill, he tells us that we can't use a card due to a minimum purchase price he didn't tell us about or was listed anywhere. After saying we had no cash, he then allowed us to use a card.

There are PLENTY of restaurants in this area and you should very much look elsewhere for food.

Typical tourist trap. You should lower your expectations when you see pictures of the food on their outside menu.

Personnel is unfriendly. The burger combinations themselves look promising but were a letdown. Burgers seem to be from frozen patties and when we got them, rubbery and burnt on the outside. Sauces taste like sweet pre-made stuff. Don't get me started on the fries...

Wouldn't go again.

I will not recommend this to anyone. We had to wait for an hour to get our food (3 cheeseburgers and a portion of nuggets) and when it arrived the buns were cold while the nuggets were blistering hot. When asked why the wait, the waiter replied that the chef was alone that day. Just a hint you guys - if there's an abnormal wait for the food tell the patrons up front (especially if the are bringing small children), otherwise you end up with bad reviews like this one. To make matters worse it seemed the chefs idea of meat vs produce hygiene is to dry his hands in a paper towel, and when the waiter gave back change it was €1.50 short. Why not just one star? Well, the burgers were ok - not great but ok.

We weren't sure about here but I am so glad that we decided to try it! We both had burgers and fries. The burgers are massive! So tasty too! I also had a Mai Tai which was really nice! Staff are very friendly, our waiter was chatty and made us feel very welcome. Would recommend.

Average with added attitude. For a place specialising in beef, I've got better burgers from roadside van. Service was not good and there seemed tension amongst the staff. Chips were nice however.
