Really nice and beautiful hotel. Comfy bed u0026 pillows. It did feel like some of the final touches were missed: we had to unplug lamps to use a plug; the mirrors outside the bathroom looked cool but were designed in a way that you couldn’t get up close to do any grooming (the bathroom mirror was fine but couldn’t get close since the sink was in the way) - a vanity would be nice; and nowhere to place your baggage - like no baggage “hammock” thing you often find at hotels (besides the one chair we had - but for two people that is not enough).

I always read reviews before going places - and I thought, yeah, how bad can it be. I mainly picked the hotel because of all the beautiful pictures of the interior - and would gladly pay for that. However I was very disappointed when I shoved up as a tired single traveler and ready to check in. I got a small hot cabinet with a tiny bed, you had to crawl un to. I even paid for a queen size bed (because you know, vacation) and was told by the check in, that that was not standard for single travelers. Eventually I got a different room. It was like walking in to a warm wall, when I opened the door. It took a while before the room temperature was live able. I had the same problem my entire stay - air conditioning didn’t work. As goes for the noise from the yard, yes, it’s true. So I suggest asking for a room away from the yard, and specify which room you want. It is a beautiful hotel for sure - but it lacks service. Price and service doesn’t add up here, and I will probably not come back again.

The location was super, close to the train station and the subway. Rooms were clean and good shower. However, we had the room at the court yard so we had the noise of the bar music and the people on the terrace. We couldn’t open the windows or the curtains because else we lost all our privacy. This made the room very small and dark. For that I would not recommend the hotel

The location was perfect! We could walk almost everywhere from the hotel. At first we were quite sceptical about the previous reviews mentioning the noise from the restaurant, but the music usually stopped around 11pm, so it didn't bother us at all. We really liked the fact that after all day of sightseeing, we could grab a drink, sit in the courtyard and once done, go straight to our room. It was very convenient. The room was very clean, the size didn't bother us either since we only slept and refreshed ourselves there - so we didn't need a massive amount of space. It says the room is air-conditioned and I guess it was, but there was no way of adjusting the settings to our liking, or maybe we were just unable to use the little settings monitor. I did find a hair in our bedding that definitely did not belong to either of us, but I am just hoping it fell out when the bedding was being changed. Overall, really good experience.

Very clean, friendly service, convenient location. The rooms are rather small though. They are the size it says in the website and for a night or two it's fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but I would have struggled to work there or spend more time other than sleeping and getting ready.

The location is just great, you are in a walking distance from a lot restaurants and bars, additionally you have public transport 5m in front of the Hotel.

Disliked · The reason that I didn't give an excellent rating was because the room that they gave us was not cleaned by the maintenance team, the room was in the same state that it was left by the previous clients. The quickly fixed us with a different room, but this kind of things should not happen.

Ridiculous and atrocious
There is loud music all night in the inner courtyard, and all the rooms are facing the courtyard. The music is going on, we asked to turn it down and they said they cannot. This went on every night.
Nobody told us about this in advance and I am sorry we went to this hotel
I strongly advise you not to stay here. It’s been a very bad 3 days and we could not sleep well which is the purpose of a good hotel
