Nothing extraordinary about the baked goods here, but there are options. The coffee is very good and the service is much better here than in most of Germany. Wifi is available and there is sufficient seating even with sufficient social distancing in place. I have been here twice and would come again. Take your time to look through the options, too. I enjoy trying different things, and their variety happens to appeal to me.

Pretty nice coffee place with good service. Menu is similar to other Balzacs, which is positive, but doesn't offer so much unique experience.

Great coffe, extremely tasty pastry. Loved it! As you can appreciate, the biggest coffee option is MASSIVE.

It's a nice coffee place that's open late in comparison to other coffee places in the city, and considering it's location it's not too expensive. Didn't love the salted caramel latte and the cheesecake was disappointing and overpriced. Would give the place another chance because it was really nice, the staff was welcoming and it was quite roomy. Would avoid the salted caramel latte and the cheesecake, though.

Nice place for the coffee. My friend really enjoyed the cake. Little expensive but good.

The coffee was fine, the seats were okay, and the wifi was terrible. Not really somewhere that I would choose to spend my time, especially in Berlin.
