There was an electricity problem in our room which almost got me killed - the plug was on fire one evening, filled the room with smoke (the smoke detector didn't work) and it also burned my hair straightener. They did moved us to another room but no manager talked to us, or apologised for the incident which could end up very bad. They didn't sims to care so I really hope they get fixed it because it's very dangerous!
Beside that there's a huge construction site near the hotel which unfortunately was our room view - they didn't mention it which is a shame.
The location is very central and super nice, close to all the sights and museums but the maintenance was very low.
Room service was fine overall, but the cleaner kept forgetting her mops in our room and always forgot to clean or refill the coffee and tea table. The beakfast was ok but cheap with low selection of vegetables and not many choices (better go and have a fine breakfast outside).
I really believe of the potential, they can get better, but for now I can't recommend it.

The location was very nice and convenient. The rooms were very nice and clean. We requested a baby crib for our 10 -month-old. And upon our arrival the crib was done beautifully with a baby pillow and comforter and a little tear free baby shampoo. The only down side is that the breakfast was below average for the price they charged and the staff at the breakfast was extremely unfriendly, rather rude. The room was little too small especially with our luggage and baby crib.

Great rooms, compact and clean! Also a pretty fridge (not overpriced) that comes in handy ????

Location is good with underground and bus access straight out of the frontal door. The room were nice and the beds comfy. The staff was also very friendly and professional in spite of our lack of knowledge in German language. Overall it was a very nice experience! With bonus apples as well. Perfect!

Nice hotel if you are in for work or quick tour around Berlin. The amenities are limited, no in room service, no pool or gym, no in room kettle for coffee (but there is a decent coffee / expresso downstairs).

Overall its a decent hotel and would likely stay here again if looking for just accommodations nothing more.

We had a great stay for several nights. The hotel was very well presented and room clean, fresh and a lot bigger than we expected. Location is perfect, within easy walking distance of many pubs, cafes and restaurants then all local transport options are right outside. The bar in the hotel is great and should be busier than it was. Would definitely recommend.

I've been going to this very-well located hotel for the past 3 years on a regular basis (10 times a year) and I have always been happy with everything it has to offer ! Rooms are wide enough to move around, they are cosy and very clean, and the staff is extremely nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Berlin. It's right in Mitte, not the most popular or young and dynamic area, but a very central one.
The only thing I would recommend travellers who want to sleep in a little bit, is to ask for a room located at the back of the hotel so as not to be awaken by the slight noise of the tramway that runs just down from the hotel from 5am till 1am.
