I was hoping for more, to be honest. they do have every important brand, but their sales assistants are terrible at their jobs and pay no attention to customers. you need to actively seek them out and even then, advice is sparse. they do have French products downstairs, but it's just regular groceries and no nice products you want to bring home for friends and family. the crowd is mostly tourists and very few active shoppers. the only place I'd return for is the children's section- it's very small, but offers a good selection and the kids have a secluded space to play.

A nice and upmarket mall for all kinds of consumer goods. Even the food and ingredients are of high standard. This is a good place to get variety of French wine although it may be little expensive. The mall is distributed over different floors. Loved my shopping experience here.

Nice store in the city center. Clothes, accessories, parfumes could be found upstairs. Grocery stores are on the -1 floor. Free WC is also there)

Some of the personnel are great, and some of them are the most unprofessional people I've met in the industry. I had a really good shopping experience, and then when I had to follow-up with a question to Customer Service, a lady on the phone literally made fun of me, thinking I couldn't hear her or understand her (as she was speaking in German). When I mentioned I had heard what she said she said it was "kind of" professional. She treated me like trash, at a place where I had spent hundreds of dollars the day before. I must note that mostly everyone else I encountered was nice, helpful, calm and genuinely interested in helping me.

Architectural landmark. Really beautiful shopping. Great service in perfumes department. Don't faĺl for the first lunch option on Friedrichstraße, the food department has some really good lunch specials.

It is a huge shopping mall. It is said that you do not have a price tag on the displayed items. In other words, if you like it, you buy it irrespective of the price attached to the items. It was a really nice to visit the all most every major brands in the world at one place in Paris.
