Chocolates in all exotic tastes available.
You can even get your special flavours made( that is a bit too overpriced)
Staff was unmotivated and overworked.
Tester chocolates ( free) was never filled though we were one of the first customers to enter the shop.

We had booked a workshop of making our own chocolates. It was a really fun experience, and the two instructors leading the course were very nice. The workshop as well as the little museum was just above the actually shop.
The shop itself was colorfull and nice. However, the service in the shop was very poor. We experienced two different employees having a very bad and ‘dont care’ attitude and one of them being just rude when asking for assistance.
If not for the great workshop, I would have given 2 stars because of the poor service.

Really nice concept of the place. Stuff was very friendly. Chocolate we made (bigger bar) was really tasty. However, expect that making bigger bar of your own chocolate might take 40-45min. Nice location, can recommend.

Ritter Sport Bunte Schokowelt Berlin is a fun must stop store for chocolate lovers. They have a very unique and extensive selection of chocolates that are sure to please everyone. The best part of the store is the make your own flavor bar!

Nice place with a great choice of Rittersport chocolate. You can also make your own chocolate bar (5€ per 100gr bar) - select chocolate type and additives. But note that you'll have to wait 30 minutes before the bar is ready.

Had a wonderful time at the chocolate workshop. I should have realized from booking that most of the lecture would be in German, but our guide was extremely kind to translate into English for us. What a wonderful value and great time we had designing our chocolate bars.

Very cool place. The "made your own chocolate" option is pretty useless, because you have to wait so much time for it to be ready.
