The shop is as you would expect. Its bright and modern with all the Nespresso machines out. You can try different coffees at the bar and they have all the different pods and machines. Unfortunately, they are not so attentive with their service. Always seem to get overlooked.

The sales staff are very friendly and helped explain the differences among the overwhelming number of coffee capsule options. They offered complimentary tastings to help complete the course and sale. Great selection of gift boxes to mix and match coffee and food items. There is an upstairs cafe which I didn't visit since it was nearing closing time, but would check out later.

We all love George Clooney, that why our expectations are high in quality of service and customer satisfaction. The product itself is superb but the guidance in the shop was misleading as it was recommended to use only cheap UHT long life milk for best results. Imagine George Clooney celebrating a cheap Aldi branded 0.49£ milk carton together with a high quality cup of Nespresso. Anyway we bought a new machine and some accessories and the after buy customer service made us laugh again. Satisfying customers is a skill of culture, long way to go. Nespresso is very charming but not very much the German way of sales.

Rude stuff . Treat people differently. Everyone was there got his purchases in a bag with a coupon unless me . rude blond guy i had to ask for it....

Horrible attitude to maybe future customers. Thinking of buying coffee machine, came to try coffee and decide if to buy it. Asked to make coffee and one lady almost start and then came guy and told some bul chart and did not make coffee. I think it is horrable attitude and you will lose client

Friendly service with everything you might crave for your Nespresso needs. At the same time, a boutique in this location suggests why the capsules aren't exactly cheap ;-)

Nice quailty nespresso store in a Nespresso standarts. You can buy Machines and Capsules there as long as some decorations for your machine. Very nice store overall in a excellent location. You can also sit there and drink coffee.
