I had been confronted by Dr Halis herself and their lawyer via Google to remove my review. Below is my experience and yours might differ.

I was a patient for 4-5 months here. The young female doctors were lovely.

Nonetheless the absolute lack of empathy, competence and actually sheer rudeness of lab and reception staff, in addition to waiting time exceeding an hour on many occasions in the period of 4 months, was just beyond my tolerance. As a result I have invested the effort and personal time to get a new treatment plan from insurance company and move to another clinic. I was also charged for a test that was never conducted which I called out two months later and got refunded retrospectively. Some of the staff don’t wear the mask properly (covering nose).

At my new clinic, I am subject to far less blood tests, much more professional, efficient and attentive service. It just works and people know what they’re doing. It’s a shame regarding the great doctors at Kinderwunsch but the patients actually have more touchpoints with the staff - a point to consider.

Below is my response to Google re. accusation the clinic is making - that I am propagating false information regarding being charged for a test that was not conducted on me.

In addition to above, regarding waiting time and subpar service from staff - there are other reviewers stating similar experience. Kinderwunsch clinic particularly (compared to my current clinic) takes blood every single visit (about 3 times per monthly menstruation cycle) which involves waiting times exceeding frequently 30 mins or at times 1 hour, in addition to the wait for consultation with Doctor. Once I had told the pathology staff that I waited over an hour, to which she replied Well, every patient needed blood test, so what? (it was a woman with dark, long, curly hair). Do you find this amenable for patients that are waiting for over an hour just to provide a syringe of blood, shifting around her work meetings in anxiety, not knowing when she can finally go home?

I should have records in Uber which will indicate how much time I had spent each time at clinic (between the two trips from and to) but I really don't have time and energy to dig those out to prove the genuine nature of my review, and I should not have to - Google after all is missioned to democratize information and this doesn't feel right. I was clearly a patient at this clinic for months, followed by yet another significant effort to move to another clinic, because it was that bad at Kinderwunsch team. My current clinic is not perfect, nowhere/nobody is, but the wait rarely exceeds 15 mins and I am not handing out blood every consultation which reduces the tension, invasiveness and waiting time, the staff is much much more competent, empathetic and friendly.

I had to write this review to say a big thank for the services that people provided me here. I don’t speak any German yet, but the staff here were very proficient in English and explained me everything very patiently.
This clinic consists of a group of very kind, professional, polite, empathetic, and friendly people.
I would highly recommend this clinic.

The nurse at reception was so good ,helpful, and instructive. The buses who takes blood test are the worst nurses I have in my life seen, have no ethics , can’t deal with humans , must have some respect to human. The doctor was so good so helpful ,I feel psychology good ,instructive and helpful . I like dr wolfarth ❤️.

You get appointments quite quickly 1-2 weeks for the first meeting, but then you have to wait 1-2 hours until the meeting actually takes place.
Lots of nurses for a fast lab, that was quick, but you had to wait a long time for a short doctor's consultation.
And that was always the case, no exception. The doctors then do not respond to you (no time and maybe no experience either, all young doctors) standard program rattled down, age possibilities and laboratory. A pre-existing condition is ignored. After I switched to another clinic, I can say that this is mass processing.
Climax, transfer and they kept me waiting for 3 hours and none of the many nurses felt it necessary to inform me. After the egg cell retrieval I was forgotten and I waited forever to be able to go (oh, they didn't have an anesthetic at all.. ..no )
But the ladies from the front desk were with me to settle the payment, which always went quickly.
I didn't feel comfortable in this center and felt the assembly line work clearly (throughput is program)

Ich möchte hier nicht die Behandlung bewerten sondern die Umgebung und der Umgang mit den Kunden (den ich zahle für die Leistung, großteils ).
Termine erhält man recht fix 1-2 Wochen für erstgespräch, doch dann wartet man 1-2 Stunden bis das Gespräch wirklich statt findet.
Viele Schwestern für flottes Labor, das war schnell, aber dafür hat man ja lange auf kurzes Arztgespräch gewartet.
Und das war immer so, keine Ausnahme. Die Ärzte gehen dann auch nicht auf einen ein (keine Zeit uns vielleicht auch keine Erfahrung,alles junge Ärzte) standard Programm runter gerasselt, Alter Möglichkeiten und Labor. Eine Vorerkrankung wird ignoriert . Nachdem ich in eine andere Klinik gewechselt bin kann ich sagen, hier ist Massenabfertigung.
Höhepunkt, Transfer und man hat mich ungelogen 3 Std. Warten lassen und keine der vielen Schwestern hielt es für nötig mich zu informieren.Nach der Eizell Entnahme wurde ich vergessen und habe ewig gewartet um gehen zu können (ach sie hatten gar keine Narkose....nein )
Dafür waren die Damen von der Rezeption bei mir um Bezahlung zu regeln, das ging immer flott.
Ich habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt in diesem Zentrum und die Fließband Arbeit deutlich zu spüren bekommen (Durchsatz ist Programm)

The "clarification talk" before the IVF was by no means enlightening for me, but the papers were quickly gone through and additional services were ticked, about which I was not informed. I had to inform myself about the advantages and disadvantages of individual services in order to be able to make a decision. On the day of the puncture, my husband's sample was needed, which he brought from home, which was also communicated from the beginning. Despite this, his sample was not received immediately upon arrival, as it should have been (the sample is not allowed to remain in the container forever), but was made to wait. It was only after he had pointed this out several times that the sample was finally taken from him. Another very annoying point is the issuance of follow-up prescriptions. I have never had a problem prescribing medications that have already been prescribed by the same practice and that need to be taken over a long period of time. Prescriptions could therefore not be issued at short notice and the co-payment exemption that occurs in the event of pregnancy is not complied with either. I heard statements like "it's only 5€", which is irrelevant.
All in all, unfortunately, I cannot recommend the practice because of the incidents mentioned and the way it was handled.

In dieser Bewertung möchte ich nicht auf die Behandlung an sich eingehen, sondern auf das „Drumherum“, was bei einer zeitaufwendigen Kinderwunschbehandlung jedoch auch relevant ist.
Wie bereits andere hier geschrieben haben, gibt es trotz Termin teilweise sehr lange Wartezeiten (mehr als eine Stunde), was als berufstätige Person schwer zu handhaben ist. Das „Aufklärungsgespräch“ vor der IVF war keineswegs aufklärend für mich, sondern die Papiere wurden in der Schnelle durchgegangen und Zusatzleistungen angekreuzt, über die ich nicht informiert wurde. Ich musste mich selbst über Vor- und Nachteile einzelner Leistungen informieren, um dann eine Entscheidung fällen zu können. Am Tag der Punktion wurde die Probe meines Ehemannes benötigt, die er von zuhause mitbrachte, was so auch von Beginn an kommuniziert wurde. Trotzdem wurde seine Probe bei Ankunft nicht sofort in Empfang genommen, wie es hätte sein sollen (die Probe darf nicht ewig im Behälter bleiben), sondern man ließ ihn warten. Erst nachdem er mehrmals darauf aufmerksam machte, nahm man ihm endlich die Probe ab. Ein weiterer sehr ärgerlicher Punkt ist die Ausstellung von Folgerezepten. Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass die Rezeptausstellung von Medikamenten, die von derselben Praxis bereits verordnet wurden und die über einen längeren Zeitraum eingenommen werden müssen, ein Problem darstellt. Es konnten deshalb Rezepte nicht kurzfristig ausgestellt werden und die Zuzahlungsbefreiung, die im Falle einer Schwangerschaft eintritt, wird auch nicht eingehalten. Ich bekam Aussagen wie „es sind doch nur 5€“ zuhören, was jedoch nichts zur Sache tut.
Alles in allem kann ich die Praxis leider aufgrund der genannten Vorfälle und dem Umgang nicht weiterempfehlen.

10 Monate später vom Anwalt wegen der Google Bewertung kontaktiert. Werden auf anderen Portalen ebenfalls eine Bewertung abgeben.

Many thanks to Dr. Halis and the whole team, we can recommend the practice with a clear conscience, should we decide on a second baby, we will choose the fertility team again.

We have been with Dr. Halis in treatment (change of clinic after 2 unsuccessful ICSI treatments in another fertility clinic) so far we are very satisfied, Dr. has suggested tests that our former clinic has not checked, all staff are friendly and do their best.

Despite the appointment, you have to wait a little longer from time to time, but that didn't bother us. (A bit difficult for working people, of course).

Nachtrag zu meiner Bewertung, mittlerweile sind einige Monate vergangen, unsere
3 ICSI war dank Frau Dr. Halis erfolgreich, unser Sohn ist mittlerweile 2 Wochen alt.

Vielen lieben Dank an Frau Dr. Halis und das ganze Team, wir können die Praxis mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen, sollten wir uns für ein zweites Baby entscheiden werden wir wieder das Kinderwunschteam wählen.

Wir sind seit 2020 bei Dr. Halis in Behandlung (Klinikwechsel nach 2 erfolglosen ICSI Behandlungen in einer anderen Kinderwunschklinik) bis jetzt sind wir sehr zufrieden, Frau Dr. hat Untersuchungen vorgeschlagen, die unsere ehemalige Klinik nicht kontrolliert hat, alle Mitarbeiterinnen sind freundlich und geben ihr Bestes.

Trotz Termin muss man ab und zu etwas länger warten, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. (Für berufstätige natürlich etwas schwer).
