- No AC, in summer it's really impossible to train properly
- Too busy, especially free weights room
- Horrible smell of soap ????
- They say "for all of us" but actually the app and contract and everything is in German only... So not really for all of us counting that at least 20% of people in the gym don't speak German

there's no shade, so when it's sunny , you run on the treadmill with sun shining right in your face. the half the lockers in locker room doesn't work. there's no ac or fan to cool off. the free weights section is too small and Always crowded, it's so hard to get a machine or a table there. :/

Super clean, good infrastructure and the staff is great, but its too crowded. If you work a full time job and cant afford to go to the gym at 3am, its almost impossible to workout, specially free weights training.

The gym is a nice gym. alot of pretty nice equipment but i think they need better ventilation or circulation in the gym..The management of this gym is really nice as im from the States and he allowed me to workout at gym with just a pass..

Highly recommend to avoid FitX, because in case of some problem with your account especially in corona time, they never contact or inform about the problem in account. And send personal information to Collectia (which is debt collector) and keep sending every 10 days higher amount even though I have paid the required amount. So please do not be in my in my place!

The gym has adequate equipment but I would strongly recommend avoiding this if you are a foreigner. I cancelled my contract with proof of changing address (country) but they still auto-renewed my contract and kept charging me without knowing. Upon coming back to Germany I had to pay for more than a year

Staff is really rude. On multiple occasions I experienced unnecessary impolite language and attitude. Makes the whole experience unacceptable.
