The food was really amazing. I had smoked duck and rice. The waitresses though were unbelievably arrogant and unfriendly. Great food, extremely poor service.

Their food is great but the staffs are rude and unfriendly, their service is horrible and hostile. Ordered for two separate dishes that comes with rice but they only brought one plate of rice and when I tried to ask why the waiter was so rude to even respond.

Excellent Kung Pao chicken. Very satisfied. Brisk business.

It is really tasty. An average customer service. A little bit pricey.

I think clients should pay extra attention to the hygiene conditions of this restaurant. One waitress gave us a cup with brownish stain at the inner upper fringe, if I wasn't careful we wouldn't have seen it. The waitresses work as if clients are burdens. Food was ok if they are with meat, vegan dishes are otherwise not edible.

Wine is excellent, but food was not spicy nor tasty. We even tried to order more food and ask the waitress for something with good chili kick, but even that ended up being bland. Also Hot Pot was not available at all, even though we tried to order it beforehand. Food 1-2 stars, Wine 5 stars.

Really poor service to inspire my first google comment. I would say that this is a Chinese restaurant serves mainly German customers. The mid-aged waitress had a distinctly different serving attitude on us compared to what she did to all the other customers, who were all apparently German.

We don't feel being welcomed as Chinese, since there's even no hello or any communication from the waitress. She showed a long face while waiting for us to order and pretend to ignore my friend every time she wanted to asked for something.

We spent around 20€ per person + tips for a workday lunch, but there was no thanks or even goodbye. I would not comment on the food since the service was disappointing enough.

Being polite to German customers is worth appreciating, but showing different faces to different customers would neither add plus to yourself, nor do good to your business. Don't forget where you came from, and why you are here.
