Wonderful staff! Loved the family style dinners, really helped you to get to know people. It was a smaller hostel which is great for solo travelers because it's more intimate and very clean. This was my first time traveling alone and to Europe and I always felt super safe. Very close to public transportation (3-4 min walk) so easy to get everywhere quickly. I will be visiting again ????

This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. I cannot recommend more. I am someone who really cares about hygiene and this hostel was so clean, especially the showers and bathroom were really nice, and the room had really nice wood floors, and the kitchen area was perfect. There were really good common areas which allowed for my friends and I to meet such cool people staying in the hostel as well, but also enough room in the common areas to have personal space. The location was amazing, such a close walk to cute cafes and restaurants and a grocery store, and right near the main area with all clothing stores. Also found a really cool art exhibition near by. Overall I had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hostel. (I’m 21 years old and travelled with my two besties)

Fantastic hostel with lovely atmosphere, and food is supplied most evenings through communal cooking. Everything is clean, kitchen is well supplied. Only downside is that the rooms are VERY hot: definitely need a fan. Overall I’d definitely come back.

It was such a wonderful place to stay, located in a beautiful part of Berlin, close to the U-bahn and restaurants and bars. It's a great place for young people, students and groups of friends or if you just love visiting a city as a local and not a tourist. I highly recommend this hostel. The host, Julia is such a sweetheart and very accommodating. She is always there for any questions. The hostel also has a nice garden area to chill out in the evening. And plenty of board games for a fun evening in. All the guests are also super sweet and friendly. It's a lovely place to stay and I think a place I'd keep coming back to.

A very good hostel

As far as hostels go, this is probably going to be one of the best ones you will stay at, but it has minor imperfections.

Pros:
* no hidden fees for towels or linens. All is included.
* the kitchen is VERY well equipped. Lots of cutlery and pans of all sizes. Sometimes you'll even run into the free butter blocks others leave behind.
* Location is as good as it can be. Lots of nice little restaurants nearby too.
* Lots of group activities from a helpful staff, including group cooking on certain days.
* It has a nice garden which lends itself to great conversations. People tend to come out because there are plenty of spaces for it.
* It generally draws open minded, sociable people to it.

Cons:
* you'll need to cook your own breakfast, there's no breakfast service
* The bed frames are not the best. they were uncomfortable to go up and down from
* The price is relatively high when talking about hostels
* The vibe is backpacker leaning, depending on who you are it may be a bad thing.

overall, with its combination of the whole package, the kitchen, the social atmosphere, and the location, few hostels can beat it.

Love this place! It is in the center of everything and the rooms are clean, well kept. Everyone is super friendly and the back garden is a great place to meet other travelers. Tons of food around the hostel and the staff are friendly and supportive. Highly recommend especially for lone travelers!

I stayed there for a couple of months, and it's the best Hostel I've ever been so far. Super clean. And I'd like to add what a wonderful host everyone working there has been, specially Eros, she solved absolutely everyone of the issues that I had, she's very professional and does not hesitate in taking care of any inconvenient that may arise. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Thanks for your patience Eros!
