The treatment is terrible. I have been to the doctor on the 26th of October for a follow up and they took a blood sample and told me they will contact me in 2 days to discuss my results. After a week and no one replied, I sent an email as a reminder. They told me they will forward my message to the doctor and still no reply. I reminded them again on Monday and still after a month, I have heard nothing from them... how long do they need to reply to an already recurring patient! It has been a month and I am without a diagnosis or even a connection to the doctors.

Ich bin seit ca. 2019 hier Patient geworden und sehr zufrieden und dankbar über die sehr gute Behandlung im Schmerzzentrum. Habe Höhen und Tiefen gehabt und mir wird hier am besten geholfen und es werden auch alternativen auf Augenhöhe besprochen. Rezepte per E-Mail vereinbaren funktioniert auch super und erleichtert einiges. Man wird nicht alleine gelassen und wenn etwas sein sollte kann man das gut klären und in Ruhe besprechen.
