What a disgrace of a company. I really hope headquarters reads this and does something about this situation. My wife signed up for the comfort plan, which was supposed include re-scheduling free of charge and instructions in English. The trainers cannot speak English and just told her to get on the treadmill every time. When she had to re-schedule they charged her anyway. Basically she did not receive the services agreed upon. Not even remotely close. We are wildly disappointed with everyone involved She received her copy of the signed contract 11 months after she signed it, after multiple requests on our side. She finally gets the contract and decides to cancel the contract, which is when they tell her she should have canceled 2 months before the contract ends. Now she is stuck with another 12-month contract. The people at the place specifically told her the notice period is 1 month. I strongly advise any and everyone to go to a regular gym and get a normal workout so you don't fall for the ridiculousness that is this fitbox.
