Bad service experience:
The serving lady asked me in German if I will preffer a warm pizza or cold one. Although I personally insist myself that if I am in Germany, I must learn and use German language, still I couldn't understand her fast accent and I simply said "Ja". She handed me a cold pizza. I apologised her for not understanding what she asked earlier and requested her to heat it. She arrogantly replied something faster in German language which again I couldn't understand and grabbed the packet in my hand and threw it in the dustbin and gave me a new pizza with some not understandable rude speech. It was very rude and wastage of food was not actully needed. She could have heated the same pizza instead of throwing. People in some countries don't get enough food. You are a food company. You should train the workers that we, everybody should respect the food. We should not waste it for our ego. And the rude behavior is the another thing.

They are nice. The chain should consider having a thick piece of paper around the cup in order to hold the coffee when hot.

An appallingly rude server. I understand the quest for cheap labour in that industry - but basic standards of customer service need to be observed. Rudeness, discourtesy, and offensiveness on that level won't be tolerated. Get back to normal, civilised staff @Ditsch!

Although I like the pastries, I've always had bad experience with the service. Just something to have in mind- the fact that someone finds it easier to order in English does not mean that they can't understand your rude comments in German.

Other Ditsch places sell you warmed up pizza. Here they just give it to you like you're extremely bothering them. Never again!
