I loved the Karamell Frappe but I am sad to say the service is just awful. First the waitress forgot my carrot cake and at the end when my friend and I wanted to pay the other waiter who started making jokes of our Spanish was charging us more than it was showed in the menu so we asked for the reason and he was rude to us saying it was a mistake from the waitress and then he asked directly to include a tip saying in Germany is mandatory to pay 10% for what we answered that is not the case when we don’t like the service received and also he didn’t even serve us, nothing made sense, then when I showed my card to pay my frappe he was making fun of me because I’m paying a small amount with a card and he asked me to pay cash then again I refused and he got angry started yelling, I paid and we left the place as fast as possible. Never coming back.
