Excellent location, between 2 train stations, very easily accessible from airport by public transportation, very close to the touristic area/ walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, the staff very helpful, speaks English very well. Work out room very nice. Very good experience.

Sizeable room with tall ceilings which was lovely, along with big windows.

No air conditioning at all however the room had an "air circulation vent". We found that the air circulation didn't do much by way of temperature control and the room heated up immensely making it difficult to sleep. Even a fan would have made a huge difference. We resorted to sleeping with all windows open which exposed us to bugs and heavy noise given the central location. Not optimal.

We complained to staff multiple times about a cigarette smoke smell wafting through our bathroom vents every morning and evening. It was quite strong and unpleasant. Notes were taken however staff did not really resolve the issue.

Bring your own soap and shampoo. The amenities provided were sub optimal. Despite being in large pump bottles the soap simply did not lather unless you used a ludicrous amount. Extremely diluted. We burned through it quick and the staff did not provide any refills so we went without for two days, not optimal. Soap was a two in one shower gel and shampoo. No conditioner.

A few minor fixes would have made a world of difference.

just returned from a vacation on that hotel.
We took the suite room which was amazing! Huge!
Great location, close to everything, the room was very clean and the service was good, they have some construction work outside (zero noise but it effect the view), we were compensated nicely without any argue.
I will reccomand to anyone of my friends.

Great location - close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The bathroom stinks, but overall everything is clean. Hotel workers were not friendly, but reception was quite responsive. There was nothing special, just ok. I expected more based on the pictures in Google and Booking.

Nice stay. Super well placed. Nice staff. Comfortable rooms.
Can be better: bedsheet would be better than quilt for warm summer.

Nice Hotel, clean, breakfast could be better.

Good is that is close to the best steak house in Berlin like 3 min walking :)

Always a pleasure to stay here when i come to Berlin for work. Ideally located, comfortable, nice breakfast, friendly staff in a classic building.
