Expected to get a lecture about the history of Berlin but instead got a Disneyland quality attraction where you had to go through a dungeon consisting of different rooms, meticulously crafted so that everything looks amazing and detailed. Plus the talent there is amazing, they really bring everything to life. You could also be picked to take part in some of parts of the show. Overall a fun experience for a date or for the family, as long as you're not too scared of everything

Definitely recommend this fun experience!!
We (tourists, couple) arrived too late for our show, but the staff was so friendly to help us out with rescheduling for free. You can tell they have your best interest in mind to give you a good time.
Also one of the staff members called me Princess a couple of times so that adds to the 5 star review as well of course!
As for the show experience itself, it's not too scary apart from the few dark moments, it's rather a fun time with all the actors including you in their show. Shows are 3 times a day and you have a German as well as an English option. We did the English one, everything was clear and easy to follow.

The overall experience was great. Imagine going to a theater to see a show, but now you find yourself as a cast member participating. It was truly a fun experience full of laughter, suspense, and excitement!

The cast definitely does their best to give it their all, and it shows. Would highly recommend it.

Great fun for young and old! They have tours in English and in German, all staff speak both fluently. The staff were all lovely and helpful, particularly when we had some issues with the new ticket system. Use the Welcome Card to get a 25% discount and it is definitely worth your while. The tour lasts just over an hour and is very entertaining!

Amazing place in the very heart of Berlin, getting there it's extremely easy, both with the tram and the underground. The staff is incredible and the actors are just awesome. Brilliant interactions and some fear shivers while discovering some real facts happened in the past of the German capital.
Tours in german are available every hour, tours in English are available twice a day (I recommend asking for the time in advance!).

A special thanks to all the actors, you all are incredible!!

Actors were good at their job and great storytellers. The decor and rooms were fully immersive, 10/10! No COVID restrictions anymore and there was a woman coughing her lungs out during our tour, but no one said anything about it. That wasn’t great. Everything else was definitely worth the price!

Great experience, performed by an amazing team. Myself and my wife visited sort of on a whim and had no idea what to expect beforehand. We thought it might be a museum dungeon type thing but we were very wrong! It was so much better!

Initially, the ticket price seemed expensive at €26 ea (our fault for not checking beforehand), but I'm glad we didn't as we might not have gone.

The tour itself is a semi-guided immersive theatre through a series of different rooms and environments, where every room has a story. There isn't a lot of history and there's no real in depth looks at the context behind the stories, so don't expect that.

However, there quality of the acting, the production and the immersion is absolutely unreal! My wife was terrified, but said it was the highlight of our trip. My personal favourite was the "Witch" and I still cannot understand how she was so good at what she did. Hats off to you fraulein!

Well worth the trip!
