We are very happy with our stay at Adina! The one bedroom is large and comfortable. The beds are SO comfortable - it's some of the best sleep I've had in awhile! The air conditioning u0026 washer/dryer in our unit really makes it feel like we are home. I appreciate that you can request a quick room cleanup any day you want. The gym is small but has a few cardio machines, a dumbbell rack, and a few strength training machines. The hotel is in a good location, next to lots of shops and restaurants. Will definitely look to stay at an Adina hotel wherever they're available.

This was perfect for our week long stay on vacation ,
The room was super comfortable , large, with a kitchen , the bed mattress was amazing!
The spa and gym facilities was great, with a sauna jaccuzzis and a gym with a variety of equipment.
The rooms were super clean and nice housekeeping staff, also the reception.
The location is very very central close to 2 huge supermarkets , the train station ,and many restaurants.
Thanks for a fantastic stay!!!!
10/10 stay

This place could’ve been a cardboard box and still earned 3 stars because of its location alone. There’s everything within a few minutes of walking in any direction. They couldn’t have picked a better spot to put a hotel.

The rooms were excellent and the decoration throughout the entirety of the facility was beautiful. As hotels go, this place was excellent and anyone would be hard pressed to find something better.

Bring your passport if you’re not a German resident!

The staff was great and always welcomed us with a smile when we got back from a day of enjoying Berlin. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

The only thing in its favour is the location, otherwise we had a terrible experience.
Our room stank of stale cigarettes from the minute we walked in, despite requesting a non-smoking room. There were stains all over the carpets and the curtains, and when we moved away the pillows, there was unknown stains on the wooden bed head - as if it hadn't been cleaned or wiped down. Mould all through the shower and bathroom. Broken fixtures in the shower.
It was frankly a disgusting room and when I let staff know all that was said "well we'll make sure it's clean for the next person", no apology or sympathy.
We paid what I feel was a ridiculous amount of money for a "self contained apartment", but the facilities were dismal. A lot of basic kitchen items were missing, the bare minimum of plates and cutlery. We didn't even have 2 matching glasses for wine/water. Kitchen knives were blunt and frankly dangerous to use.
Really disappointed in the quality of the apartment and feel like we wasted our money staying here. Would not recommend. Would not rebook.

Excellent hotel with good access to Berlin's attractions.
I find it really nice to have a room with access to own kitchen and large bathroom.
Service is great, but a bit lacking in cleanliness of the rooms dishwasher and the spa changing room, otherwise great.

We stayed in one of the apartments for 5 night. The apartment was spacious and clean. It's located in a great area, by the tram and s-bahn station, near shops and restaurants, but in a very calm street. Will definitely stay there if we go back to Berlin.

We have stayed in the hotel in 2019 and had a very good experience.
In 2022 it was the total opposite -
From the cleanliness perspective, which was the most important for us and we were very pleased from in our previous visit, this time the bath was full of mold and the toilet was cracked.
The staff also used to be very nice, but this time we were very disappointed - every morning at 8 am, there was a lot of noise coming from right outside our window, as a new deck was being built. This caused us to not be able to sleep past 8 am each morning. When we talked about it to the receptionist, she said she is not aware of this, WHILE THE CONSTRUCTION WORK WAS STILL ONGOING. This was very confusing, and seemed like a way to avoid compensating us. We explained that we cannot sleep like this and that we were not even warned about this going to happen, but the receptionist said that she didn't know it was going to happen either, so they could not warn us. This, again, does not make sense, as someone had to let the construction workers into the hotel in the morning. We talked about this to another receptionist, but they said this was already being taken care of by the previous receptionist.
In addition, the laundry service was not available this time, which was also disappointing, but much less important for us in the overall experience.
