first time visiting was in 2018, and would say that the quality has been consistently high.
tried the goi cuon as entrée, the mien thap cam and the chai village bibimbap. super fresh ingredients, would only say that the bibimbap was a bit too sweet for my palate. the highlight was the rice at the bottom of the hot pot that got a bit clustered together making a sort of rice cake and mixing perfectly with the sauces being absorbed from above. that said I still would say that I don't know if bibimbap is a thing in Vietnam but I prefer the original Korean one with chilly sauce.
