The value for money is good. The staff was friendly. The reserved parking area behind the building was convenient, as it was almost always impossible to find a spot on the street. Lighting in the room was insufficient. If we wanted to turn the reading lamps on, we had to pull out our charges from the wall socket. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, but it was OK for 3 days.

Private room with bathroom was great for a family of 5. If only they provide kettle in-room. There is even parking if you pay €7.50 a day but suitable for not so big cars only. Adeeb and Sara/Fara are very friendly, accommodating and helpful! However, our room had a used towel with blood stain on it, maybe the cleaner hadn’t noticed when they cleaned it from previous guest. The place is also in center of Berlin so great for tourist!

We booked room for 6 persons without breakfast and was 100% satisfied.
Comfortable location, good price, friendly staff.

We had bathroom in room and it's so comfortable.
Nice quiet courtyard where I can relax in the morning.

I will recommend this hostel as an good option for staying in Berlin.

All of the staffs were very friendly and helpful! Nice location, just a minute from the underground station. There was plenty of space in the lobby to sit and enjoy both indoor and outdoor. The toilet was huge and clean. Even though I lived on the top floor during the heatwave hit, it wasn't too bad at night since the room had big windows letting the hot inside the room escape quickly.
However, there's no kitchen to cook a hot food but it still has a microwave and toaster to cook some light meal and breakfast. I lived on the fifth floor but the elevator's highest floor was the fourth floor. Also, the only one elevator was super slow.

It's not at all good value for money. I stayed in Berlin in much better places for the same price.
The room was way too small. I had to walk with my head down because of the tilted walls and I am not a tall guy. The quality of everything like towels, toiletries, etc. was bad. The room had no phone to call reception. The beds weren't comfortable either.
The only thing good was the neighborhood of the hotel.

I liked it very much! The room was very clean and tidy. Also very clean was the private bathroom, wich provides phon, soap and shower gel for us. The staff was very gentle and helpful. The breakfast was incredible, Plenty of good and tasty food!
The price was perfect. The hostel is near metro and other services.
The only thing I suggest is to add in the room for every bed a personal "station" with a light, and usb and electrical port.
Hostel abdolutely recommended!

We stayed here for two nights. The private room was so big, and clear. The buffet breakfast was very delicious and the kitchen staff was good. The reception staff was very very nice and helpfull, particularly that woman who was in daytime.
Thank you for everything HappyGoLucky Hotel!!! 5/5 ????????
