Fast check-in, clean rooms and also towels for everyone. The hotel looked like a maze to locate the room number. It's like two separate buildings were connected to each other, so you need to go through exit doors depending on your room number. Though really funny and had a really nice time there.

No lift. I guess for some people it could be an issue.

very good and amazing experience. Great staff! All very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great for the price but there were waves on the bed’s mattress which was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. besides that the rooms were cleaned everyday with nice new towels. The bathroom had great facilities as well, only downside was the shower head had a horrific angle and it was hard to take them, until we realized it could be dettached. It could use some fixing. The elevator didn’t work so carrying luggage up and down the stairs was quite the workout but on the other hand that works in your favor when you are on vacation and eat too much. The location was amazing, close to 2 different U-bahns and a nice little alley street with cafés and stores. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff are not so nice. The check in starts at 3pm on purpose, they dont start it earlier even if they have the room ready. When u check in you get your bedding and a towel like a prisoner.
The rooms are not so clean.
The bathroom in the reception was always smelly and always left without toilet paper.
Wouldnt repeat the experience.

When we arrived at the hotel, the check-in was relatively easy. When we went into our room, we almost fainted because of the smell. It smelled so badly like smoke (tabaco), we couldnt stand it. We left immediatly. When we wanted to check out, the recepionist got angry at us for leaving. We didn't even want the money back, we just wanted to leave because we felt so uncomfterable. I would give this hostel a 0 star rating if it would be possible. Worst hostel experience ever!

They gave us room at 6th floor while the lift is broken without any advance information including from reception who we checked in. We have to bring up 2 luggages each 20kg to 6th floor by ourselves via stairs. No help from anyone at the hotel.

They do not allowed us to get into the room even though we came 30 minutes before 14.00.

The room that we got at 6th floor very small, heaters are broken, the water from showers is very small.

Thanks God, we just stayed here for 1 night at 22 Sep 2022. And still, we need to bring down 2 pieces 20kg luggages via stairs by ourselves, again. Total nightmare ????

Nice rooms. Pleasant staff. Good location. Wifi doesn't work in all parts of the hotel.

The hotel is broken. The management brought bunch of polish guys and hire them as receptionists with no basic experience or even ethics on how to deal with the guests. Dont stay there, find another hotel with the same price, there are many
