Sehr empathische, freundliche, unkomplizierte Betreuung,Beratung,Behandlung unter Stressdruck, den man sich aber nur vorstellen kann, denn ich als Patient kann/konnte mit allen mich betreuenden Personen sprechen, bis ich fertig war und auch die letzte Frage beantwortet wurde.
Mir wird immer ein Gefühl der Ruhe,Geborgenheit und Sicherheit vermittelt. Die Kommunikation ist telefonisch, sowie per Email möglich und in dringenden Fällen, je nach Bereich kann man auch fix vorbeikommen.
Ich berichte über einen Behandlungszeitraum von nun mehr als einem Jahr. Ich bin sehr dankbar und schätze die Charité, als Kompetenzzentrum. Vielen lieben Dank an alle Mitarbeiter der Charité, die sich so fürsorglich um Ihre Patienten kümmern.
Selbst der Sicherheitsdienst lächelt mich am Eingang an, wenn ich meinen 3 G Status nachweisen muss!
