Zwischen allen anderen Patienten beantworten sie fragen wie "spielen sie mit dem Gedanken anderen Menschen das Leben zu nehmen" (ohne Worte) Die erste Besprechung beim Arzt wirkte dann aber durchaus kompetent. Lediglich dass die HNO Ärztin eine Körperhaltung hatte, als würde sie zu Hause auf der Couch sitzen, wirkte komisch. Verstörend wirkte es auch, dass die Ärztin ständig ihren Rotz in der Nase hoch zog und mit der flachen Hand den Schnodder von der Nase wischte. Der Hörtest im Nachgang war sehr gut und der Mitarbeiter dort auch sehr freundlich. Alles in allem hat der Termin 2,5h gedauert. Die präventiven Maßnahmen waren durchaus gut. Der Auftritt des Personals und der Charite aber wirklich schlecht.
