Really nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were really spacious, clean and practical. Best thing about this hotel is it’s location - you can walk to loads of local attractions, shops and restaurants and it’s close to lots of transport links. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this hotel.
I was there with my partner, and we stayed for several nights.

The staff:
They were all friendly and helpful.

The Location:
It's on the museum island, so not too far from anything.
However, it is in a location that's mostly filled with other hotels, so getting to a restaurant for breakfast isn't easy.
That said, it is right next to a large Edeka supermarket so you can get what you want and cook for yourself.
It is also right next to a pharmacy, which is also nice.
As far as public transit is concerned - it sits on the 200 bus line, so it is extremely accessible and you can reach most any place you want.

The Room:
The room was clean, well lit, and felt modern.
It was well designed and generally felt good.
The bathroom was large and had a nice shower.
The lights were great, and could be controlled from multiple places, so that's nice.
The AC was good and easy to control.
The only issue was that you could not use the toilet at night without shedding light on the bed.

Overall - a really great stay.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. Great location with parking but not ideal for trucks or vans. Make sure to get breakfast included. The front desk was very polite and helpful.

I don't write many reviews but needed for this one. Would give it a zero star if I could. No body wash or conditioner when I first came in. Shower wouldn't drain so it flooded the entire bathroom and leaked into bedroom. No laundry service. Two washers and one dryer. Dryer takes 3 hours to run. Had to hang dry all clothes in bedroom. Complained to front desk about it and they shrugged saying they couldn't do anything. On check out they said "if you had asked nicely I would have given you access to the service clothes dryer". No restaurant or breakfast. Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. Absolutely garbage of a place, do not stay there.

Amazing hotel, with one of the best room I've seen in a 4 star hotel. The staff is very accomodating and the location is perfect for a touristic trip.

Great Hotel, located in the center of everything. Alexander center 10 min away and parties and bars on other direction 10 min away, would recommend.
